Amazing. My biggest fear with this service was if it would be self serving or would the operators act in my interests. First experience they came through on flying colors, actually suggesting a fix for the product I was calling to replace. I then bought 2 higher end items through them. Loved the recommendations.

Great service and time saver. No longer need to research products online. These guys are great.
