Helpful whether or not you loathe shopping

I personally can’t stand shopping, plus I’m a terrible gift giver, so I was very excited to hear about this app on Tech Crunch. I immediately downloaded and asked for help finding a 2nd birthday gift for my goddaughter. The folks at Operator sent me some options that were way better than I could have ever found, plus you can take care of buying and shipping super easily right in the app.

I figured that this app would mostly be for people like me who hate shopping, but my girlfriend who LIVES to shop also loves using it because their team of shoppers know about cool retailers that normal people might not be aware of.

The other cool thing is that Operator isn’t just for gifts or clothing. They’ll help you buy anything from concert tickets to flowers to hotel reservations to headphones, new stuff, used stuff, vintage stuff, pretty much anything legal as far as I can tell!

The way that you interact with the app is cool too. You’re basically texting initially with a bot and then immediately with a real person who knows all about the type of item you’re looking for. And their staff are legit funny! Very refreshing customer experience.
