My go-to app for all my shopping needs

Amazing. My biggest fear with this service was if it would be self serving or would the operators act in my interests. First experience they came through on flying colors, actually suggesting a fix for the product I was calling to replace. I then bought 2 higher end items through them. Loved the recommendations. Great service and time saver. No longer need to research products online. These guys are great.

Great idea and great convenience! I tell the operator what I need and he or she does the searching for me so I can focus on my other responsibilities. The operator recommends options based on my request. There is no obligation to buy, but I have because it is so simple! Its like having a free personal shopper!

What can I say? I love this app. Whatever I think doesnt exist, they find it. I have a taste for the most extravagant things and they find them every time. I have had the app since last year when it debuted on the App Store and to see what it has become, how it has improved is nothing short of fascinating. It has become a staple on my phone and is by far one of my most frequently used apps. A lot of apps have been downloaded, deleted or re-downloaded on my iPhone but operator has ALWAYS remained on my device and that will remain a constant. This is one of those apps that I would be recommending to customers virtually everyday if and when I one day work in the Apple Store. Its that ancillary. I love it and I want to see how much more it will grow.

Horrible and confusing

I am a huge online shopper, but sometimes I dont know where to look (or Im just too lazy) and Operator has been super helpful in finding what Im looking for!

Not everyone knows how to shop, where to go, what to buy. But operators experts do! Helpful, friendly, their team is the best.

Love this for quick product suggestions when you cant be bothered to do the research yourself. Let an a niche expert do the work for you, for no extra cost!

I love this app for so many reasons. First, it can find anything Im looking for- from gifts, to stuff for my kids, to household items...It saves me so much time. Second, I love browsing my feed just to see the collections. It reminds me a lot of Pinterest, except I can actually buy the things I like. I cant wait to see how this service grows!

This is one of those things I didnt know I needed until I had it. I couldnt be happier with this service. The interface really makes Operator stand out. I am actually looking forward to finding things that I was always scared to ask a sales associate for at a normal store. Also, holidays are going to be a breeze. Love it!

I dont know where to start this app is just cool. I basically ask it to find something and they link me with a very knowledgable person. I dont have to search no website I basically have my own personal stylist. Its like I have Siri but its a real human instead of a machine.

This app is amazing. Experts are so friendly and truly know their stuff. Collections are the best. I love browsing and buying cool products, its like Pinterest but with online shopping.

I cant use the app because I need to input a mobile phone number. How am I supposed to do that if I use an iPod Touch instead of an iPhone?!
