It is much easier to find the product I love by the category selection!

This app ruined online shopping for me. Every time I buy something online and have to enter my credit card or shipping info I get annoyed. Now I just take screenshots and send it to operator to take care of it

Wow - really fun way to shop. The experts give you personalized service and you can find so many beautiful products in their collections. They found a great pair of shoes that fit my exact description, after I hadnt been able to find anything in my price range.

Love hanging out on Operator. Tons of cool & interesting products in their Discover feature. Able to message with people who are experts in their field - all 100% free! Like the shipping updates too. Feel like I stumbled on something before everyone else!

I wanted to make sure I waited until my purchase was delivered before leaving a review. I love this app! I was looking for some orange curtains for my living room and the Operator was very accommodating. They asked all the right questions and sent me great options within my budget. I paid via Apple Pay, and the u sent them via FedEx. I received my curtained as scheduled and love them! I really like the convenience as well as the interface. Well done!

Love this app. Amazingly convenient. Feels like texting with a friend that just gets you.

Whats most important to me about Operator is that it saves me so much time. I dont have to go to the store. I dont have to look through racks and racks of clothing or shoes or whatever. Operator just finds what I want for me and a few days later its mine. No hassle. Simple as a text message!

What can I say other than how amazing it is with the amount of time this app saves me. I used to research everything before I would purchase something. They have saved me the time and effort and find exactly what I want(sometimes before I even know exactly what I want). I also have a nice t shirt collection that they help me keep unique.

I have been a user of Operator for several months now. Of course, their are moments when my operator does not recommend something I want, but there are many times when I love what they offer. One suggestion I would love to add is the ability to tip an operator. Sometime I honestly believe theyve done a great job and want to give them extra for their help. Of course, I wouldnt want this to be required. But I would just love the chance to give a person whos done great work a little extra.

Operator is genius! I was unable to purchase tickets to what would have been a sold-out concert at the time they went on sale, and Operator seamlessly and so very courteously got the job done. What a great experience, and especially nice having personal communication throughout the process. Kudos to Operator!
