Ive been using Operator for a few months now and every time I do Im amazed at how helpful and on point my operators are! Its great to have a real live human helping me find what I need!

Operator helped me find exactly what I was looking for and they didnt even take a cut. Peace out old google centric e-commerce, hello Operator.

This app is really fun and saves me time and money. I still cant believe how awesome it is to have celebrity stylists recommending me what socks to wear, and interior designers helping me pick out a patio dining table. All hours of the night and day = expert-level recommendations. I learn something new and get a laugh every time.

I personally can’t stand shopping, plus I’m a terrible gift giver, so I was very excited to hear about this app on Tech Crunch. I immediately downloaded and asked for help finding a 2nd birthday gift for my goddaughter. The folks at Operator sent me some options that were way better than I could have ever found, plus you can take care of buying and shipping super easily right in the app. I figured that this app would mostly be for people like me who hate shopping, but my girlfriend who LIVES to shop also loves using it because their team of shoppers know about cool retailers that normal people might not be aware of. The other cool thing is that Operator isn’t just for gifts or clothing. They’ll help you buy anything from concert tickets to flowers to hotel reservations to headphones, new stuff, used stuff, vintage stuff, pretty much anything legal as far as I can tell! The way that you interact with the app is cool too. You’re basically texting initially with a bot and then immediately with a real person who knows all about the type of item you’re looking for. And their staff are legit funny! Very refreshing customer experience.

This app is amazing! Ive used it for clothing, electronics, and gifts. The operators are clever and you cant beat their prices! It will save you time and money. Now thats a combination you cant beat!

So I really like the concept and the operators that search things for you are pretty attentive to your needs and patient. My problem with this app is the fact that the products are not well described like the dimensions (of a home good item for instance) or lets you see different pictures of the products (at least the ones I was asking for). This resulting in me ordering a really expensive album for Mothers Day that was a lot smaller than expected and not what the picture had really described.

Ive used operator many times for personal product searches, gift recommendations, locating hard to find items, and its never disappointed. Their recommendations are often right on point and sometimes even find items better than I would have after extensive search work. I love this app!!

I was on my way to work, sent operator a picture of a pair of socks I like. On lunch break they found the same pair, on a great sale! After a 1-click checkout process. I had my socks delivered to my door 2 days later. Shopping couldnt be easier.

This app stopped working on my after it sent me the confirmation code. It would not let me go any further. Very disappointing, I was looking forward to trying this app. I tried deleting and re-downloading it and that didnt do the trick either. Theres no help button or report problem button within the app either.

I spent all day searching for the perfect pair of shoes for my wedding.
